You can request deletion of your Shoogle the Sheep account and associated personal information at any time, even if you no longer have the game installed.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected].
Use the subject line Shoogle the Sheep — Account Deletion Request.
Identify the account you want deleted. You may provide the email address used for Google or Apple sign-in, if known.
We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Do not send your Google or Apple password.

You can also begin the deletion process using the account deletion option provided in the game.

What is deleted

After verification, we will process deletion of the Shoogle the Sheep account information held by our backend, including:

Your game account and associated Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.
Private scores and game results linked to your account.
Public leaderboard information linked to your account, which will be removed or de-identified so it is no longer associated with you.
Other account-associated personal information, except where lawful retention is necessary.

Information that may be retained

Some limited information may need to be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Retention lasts only as long as needed for the applicable purpose or legal obligation. Server logs and backups may be removed on their normal operational deletion cycles rather than immediately.

Google and Apple accounts

Deleting your Shoogle the Sheep account does not delete your Google or Apple account. It does not automatically cancel or refund purchases made through Google Play.
